1. General Policy

All sales, registrations, and bookings made with Soccer House are considered final. Refunds, credits, or transfers will only be granted in accordance with the conditions outlined below.

2. League & Program Registrations

No refunds will be issued once a team or individual is registered, except as otherwise stated in this policy.

If a team withdraws **10 or more days** before the start of the league, a **75% refund** or **100% credit** may be issued at Soccer House’s discretion.

* If a team withdraws **less than 10 days** before the start of the league, **no refund** will be provided. A partial credit **may** be considered depending on circumstances and scheduling impact.

3. Game Cancellations

* If Soccer House cancels a game or session due to facility issues, staffing shortages, or other operational reasons, the game will be **rescheduled**.

* If rescheduling is not possible, Soccer House will issue a **pro-rated credit** toward a future league or rental.

* No cash refunds will be issued for cancellations caused by weather, emergencies, or events beyond Soccer House’s control.

4. Field Rentals

* Rental fees are **non-refundable** once booked.

* Rescheduling is allowed if requested **at least 72 hours** in advance, subject to availability.

* Same-day cancellations or no-shows receive **no refund or credit**.

5. Injuries

* Refunds are **not** provided for injuries occurring before or during a league or session.

* A pro-rated credit may be offered for season-ending injuries **if medical documentation is provided**.

6. No-Shows

* Teams or individuals who fail to appear for scheduled games, sessions, or rentals are **not** entitled to refunds or credits.

7. Merchandise

* Merchandise sales (apparel, gear, accessories) are **final**, except for defective items, which may be exchanged within **14 days** with proof of purchase.

8. Disciplinary Actions

* Players or teams removed from leagues or the facility due to misconduct, fighting, or violation of Soccer House rules are **not** entitled to refunds or credits.

9. Processing of Approved Refunds

* Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method within **7–10 business days**.

* Credits issued must be used within **12 months** of the issue date.
