What ages can participate in the Youth League?
Soccer House offers different divisions based on players’ ages and birth years. Check our available divisions to find the right category for your team.
When does the next season start?
Dates may vary by season. Soccer House will publish registration dates, season start dates, and registration deadlines for each new season.
What day are games played?
Our Youth League games are played on Saturdays. Game times will vary depending on the division and the number of teams registered.
How much does it cost to participate?
Each team is responsible for the applicable registration fee and game fees. All prices and payment deadlines will be provided before the beginning of each season.
How many games are included in the season?
The number of games will depend on the format of each season. The league may include regular-season games, semifinals, and finals.
How many players can each team have?
Each team may register a maximum of 10 players on its roster.
All players must appear on the team’s approved roster before participating in a game.
How many players are on the field?
Games are played 5v5, including the goalkeeper.
What type of roster do we need?
We accept official UYSA tournament rosters.
If your team already has a UYSA tournament roster, you may submit it for participation in our league.
If your team does not have a roster, Soccer House can help create one for your team with the players participating in the league.
Each roster may include a maximum of 10 players.
Can we add players to our roster during the season?
Yes, as long as the roster is still open. Players may be added or changed according to Soccer House rules and roster deadlines.
Once the roster is closed, no additional players may be added unless approved by Soccer House management.
Can a player participate if they are not on the roster?
No. All players must appear on the team’s approved roster before participating in a game.
This helps us maintain a safe, organized, and fair competition for all teams.
My child does not have a team. Can they still participate?
Yes! If your child wants to play but does not currently have a team, please contact us.
We will try to connect them with a team in their age group that is looking for additional players. Placement is subject to availability.
How do I register a team?
Teams can register directly through Soccer House. Registration must be completed before the deadline and is subject to availability in each division.
We recommend registering early, as some divisions may fill up before the registration deadline.
Can club and academy teams participate?
Yes. Our league is open to clubs, academies, and independent teams that meet the age requirements and Soccer House league rules.
What level of competition is the Youth League?
Our goal is to create balanced and competitive divisions.
Whenever possible, teams will be grouped according to age and competitive level to provide fair and competitive games.
Where are the games played?
All games are played indoors at Soccer House in Murray, Utah.
What type of shoes can players wear?
Players must wear appropriate indoor soccer footwear.
Cleats are not allowed, nor is any footwear that could damage the playing surface.
Are shin guards required?
Yes. All players must wear shin guards with socks completely covering them during games.
Do teams need uniforms?
Yes. Players on the same team should wear matching-colored jerseys.
We recommend numbered jerseys to make player identification easier.
What happens if both teams have the same jersey color?
If both teams have similar colors, one team will need to wear an alternate color or pinnies so the teams can be easily distinguished.
Can games be changed or rescheduled?
Schedule-change requests must be made in advance and are subject to availability.
Soccer House cannot guarantee that a game can be rescheduled, so we recommend reviewing your team’s schedule carefully.
What happens if a team does not show up for a game?
The team may lose the game by forfeit.
The team may still be responsible for the applicable game fees even if it does not attend the scheduled game.
Can parents and family members watch the games?
Absolutely! Families are welcome to attend and support their players.
We want Soccer House to provide a positive, family-friendly environment, so we ask all spectators to remain respectful and supportive.
Is there an admission fee for spectators?

What behavior is expected from players, coaches, and parents?
Soccer House promotes a safe, family-friendly, competitive, and respectful environment.
Fighting, insults, threats, or aggressive behavior toward players, coaches, referees, Soccer House staff, or spectators will not be tolerated.
Inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the game or the facility.
